Daily Say

Finding inspiration is hard when you are lost in day-to-day tasks. Daily Say is a bot that changes the mood of your team's channel by sending 3 messages every day. These messages create moments of inspiration that can lead the employees into a fruitful discussion.

I collaborated with a technical co-founder to design and develop an MVP, a B2B SaaS product that introduced a bot for Microsoft Teams users. Our focus was to boost team morale by providing daily office exercise tips and educational notes. In this role, I took the idea from conception to launch, conducting research, user interviews, and managing customer onboarding. Additionally, I curated relevant content, engaged with HR managers, and directed targeted email marketing campaigns. These efforts led to recognition on producthunt.com and adoption by over 100 companies after its launch on Microsoft Teams' Apps.

Here's a pitch deck I crafted to present Daily Say to prospective investors.

Telerooster

I recognized the substantial market potential within the corporate content creator space in the digital education and wellness industry. This led us to pivot strategically and create Telerooster, a platform empowering content creators to deliver their valuable content in a group setting by integrating their email newsletters with business messaging platforms e.g., Slack and Microsoft Teams. I played a key role in negotiating agreements with corporate trainers, business news channels, and keynote speakers.

Here's a pitch deck I crafted to introduce Telerooster to potential investors. During our fundraising journey, we received an offer of $50,000 for a 10% equity stake in the company from 7 Gate Ventures. However, we aimed to negotiate the deal at a 6% equity share, but unfortunately, we couldn't reach a mutually beneficial agreement. After thorough discussions with my co-founder, we made the strategic decision to reject the offer.

Kooche

I spearheaded the development of a powerful B2B SaaS product, a CRM mobile app tailored for local businesses. With an unwavering commitment to excellence, our team achieved remarkable success, onboarding an impressive 800 merchants within the first 9 months of launch. To ensure seamless execution, I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams comprising more than 10 talented individuals, including experts in engineering, design, sales, and marketing. Together, we diligently prioritized tasks, aligning our efforts with the product roadmap and go-to-market strategies.

To cultivate a deep understanding of our target market, I conducted extensive customer research, delving into the unique needs and challenges faced by local businesses. These insights played a pivotal role in driving our strategic feature development, resulting in a notable 20% enhancement in user satisfaction. Moreover, leveraging data analysis, I identified key performance indicators (KPIs) that required attention and partnered with cross-functional teams to address any issues, ranging from coding enhancements to optimizing loading speed. This holistic and proactive approach translated into an impressive 18% increase in positive user feedback, solidifying our position as a trusted CRM solution for local businesses.

Mobile Games
AZ Games LLC, Yar Games LLC

As the founder of a game company specializing in casual games for iOS and Android devices, I assembled a talented team consisting of a developer, a concept artist, and myself. In this role, I assumed various responsibilities including game design, marketing efforts, and fostering effective collaboration among team members. Additionally, I maintained regular communication with game testers, actively seeking and documenting their valuable feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Throughout our journey, we successfully developed and launched over 10 hyper-casual mobile games on both iOS and Android platforms. Recognizing the growing trend towards casual gaming experiences, we strategically focused our efforts in this direction. One of our standout successes was the highly popular game "Dart 69," which garnered significant attention and acclaim.

To amplify our reach and generate buzz, I established partnerships with influential YouTube content creators in more than 8 countries. Through these collaborations, we produced over 10 dedicated video promotions that collectively amassed over 8 million views on YouTube, ultimately driving over a million downloads worldwide.

3001: A Turkey Odyssey

During my time as a student at NYU, I embarked on an exciting passion project alongside a talented group of friends, including a game developer, game designer, art director/screenwriter, sound designer, and concept artist. Our vision was to create an extraordinary gaming experience, an immersive odyssey that revolved around a captivating fictional tale of the founding of Turkey Island and the origins of Thanksgiving. This narrative-driven game took players on a thrilling adventure, much like being a protagonist in a cinematic masterpiece, appealing to both movie enthusiasts and avid gamers.

As the project lead, my role encompassed assembling the team and facilitating effective communication among all members. We held regular brainstorming sessions and progress discussions, ensuring everyone was aligned with the project's objectives and the necessary steps to move forward. Collaboratively, we brought the screenplay to life, developed captivating character designs, and made notable strides in game development. In an effort to secure additional funding for the project's completion, we launched a Kickstarter campaign, which unfortunately fell short of our target due to a lack of effective marketing strategies.
